As AI blew up in 2023, a company-wide initiative was undertaken to identify areas of the BuildOps platform where AI could have a practical and beneficial application. The company rallied to generate a list of potential candidates. Product and Engineering then evaluated and ranked each opportunity for viability and impact.

Addressing a long-term user need for more professional job documentation, we chose to pursue the improvement of writing and grammar, simplification, and rewriting. This was viewed as a win for users and a viable application of AI for the platform.
